Went to the bone doctor, whatever it's called, again todae. While the whole sch was breaking a world record in the rain, I had to endured 2hrs of waiting time outside the consultation rm =s
Anyway, finally got my cast out ...or more accurately, half the cast, after some white lies.
Doc: How long has you've been cast?
Me : Erm...one mth...nono...6wks
Haha. Usually, a person has to be cast for at least 6-8wks b4 the cast can be taken out. So if I said I've been cast for only 1mth, definitely the doc will not remove my cast and I'll have to endure longer torturous moment =s So after examining my newly taken X-ray, the doc decides to cut my cast into half and make it into a supporting cast only which means that I'm now being bandaged instead of being put into a plaster cast. Although I'm not totally free, at least it's abit of improvement. And I've to be in this 'condition' for the next 6wks and keep on using cructhes =s...Haha...as if I'll just obey the doc obendiently. Right after I got home, I removed everything, cast and bandages, and walk around as per normal as can be =X Feels kinda weird to walk without any support but I did it. My ankle still cant support my weight so I've to walk slowly but if I'm not wrong I shld be able to study in the lib nxt wk and cycle to sch instead of taking the bloody ex taxi=D...let's hope all goes well =P

The weird machine that was used to cut my cast...

X-ray of my ankle...all seems well =P

Me 'suffering' at the hospital bed....

Cant stand the ticklish feeling when they clean the sole of my foot...
Really really hope I can walk out of my home nxt wk. I just cant seem to study at home...ciao
